Meet Roger Carr Roger is the Founder and Joint Managing Director of Britannia Fire Ltd and with over 50 years in the Fire Industry has (almost!) seen and done it all! He is the creating, engineering mind of the business and while he has a keen personal interest in photography, he is usually busy inventing ways to improve our current product ranges! 📷
Meet Andy Spence Andy is Joint Managing Director of Britannia Fire Ltd, alongside owner Roger Carr. He has been in the Fire Industry for over 30 years and has extensive knowledge on extinguishers, standards and approvals, including BS EN. He has regular presence on the FIA committee and a drive for delivering the best offerings and savings to customers with the P50 Fire Extinguisher. If you can't find him at his desk, then the next best place is on the cricket pitch! 🏏
Meet Laura Hutt Laura is the Operations Manager at Britannia Fire Ltd and has been with the company for 13 years, unlucky for some, but not for her! She takes care of the day-to-day running of the Ashwellthorpe HQ and helps to look after large customer accounts. When she isn't busy with her daily tasks, she's busy in the kitchen cooking and baking treats! 👩🍳
Meet Lee Holliday Lee is the Factory Manager at Britannia Fire Ltd and after 16 years here almost knows how to manufacture a P50 with his eyes closed! He manages our 35 staff production workforce at HQ and he'd love to manage Crystal Palace, but for now he'll stay as a fan! ⚽
Meet Martin Walsh Martin is the Business Development Manager at Britannia Fire Ltd, and with over 25 years’ experience in the Fire Industry he has worked with and assisted a variety of sectors ranging from small businesses up to multi-national companies on their fire safety. With his extensive knowledge, his aim is to provide you the best suited extinguisher for your needs, giving you complete confidence and control should disaster strike. Over the past 25 years' he has also perfected his BBQ skills and recipes and we're sure he can offer some advice if asked! 🌭
Meet Tom McGonagle Tom is the Quality Coordinator at Britannia Fire Ltd and has been renewing our approvals and passing our audits for the past 9 years. If he isn't at our fireground testing new products then you can spot him on the racetrack testing his Abarth to get a new PB! 🚗
Meet Tania Santos Tania is the Export Sales Administrator at Britannia Fire Ltd and takes good care of our Export customers, ensuring their paperwork and orders are ready on time to meet sailings and flights. When she isn't arranging freight flights, she'll be booking her own to visit new countries around Europe or going back home to Portugal to visit friends and family ✈
Meet Sarah Holland Sarah is the UK customer service & sales administrator at Britannia Fire Ltd. Since starting with us in December 2023, she's hit the ground running on handling all your enquiries, orders and deliveries, and when she isn't she's running on the treadmill and keeping fit in the gym 🏃♀️🏋️♀️
Meet Karen Luce Karen is the PA and Admin Assistant at Britannia Fire Ltd, supporting our team and helping them keep on top of quotes, installs, bookings and everything else in between! Karen works part time at Britannia and spends the rest of her time being a full time mum to her two young children enjoying outdoor activities and roller skating! 👩👧👦
